The warranty period starts from the date of delivery of the goods and the warranty period is 2 years.
All of the goods, including all parts of the goods (against defects that may arise from production and assembly errors and / or defective parts) are covered by our company’s warranty.
In the event of failure of the goods within the warranty period, the time spent in repair shall be added to the warranty period. The maximum repair period is 20 working days.
In the event that the goods fail within the warranty period due to defects in materials and workmanship or assembly, the goods shall be repaired without any charge under the name of labor cost, replacement part cost or any other name.
The warranty period of the goods replaced during the warranty application is limited to the remaining warranty period of the purchased goods.
The obligations for free repair and product replacement are excluded in the following cases;
In case of malfunction due to the use of the goods in violation of the methods or conditions specified in the user manual
In the event that the serial numbers or warranty labels of the goods and its components are destroyed/torn
In the event that it is determined that the goods have been previously opened / repaired by other than DRAMEX Authorized Service personnel
In the event that the external surfaces of the goods and their components are broken or scratched within the responsibility of the customer
In case of malfunctions caused by accessories or other devices purchased from a place other than our company and our authorized services and used with the product
Improper transportation (bumping, dropping, impact), improper and inadequate maintenance, improper and inadequate maintenance, improper and misuse, use contrary to the environmental characteristics specified in the user manual for the device; inadequacy of the air installation, use of the goods in excessively humid, dusty or hot environments, liquid contact or use in corrosive environments harmful to electronic circuits, accident, impact, electricity (voltage changes), in case of malfunctions caused by natural disasters
In case of software errors and malfunctions caused by viruses
In the event that the defective parts are replaced by other than DRAMEX Authorized technical services and/or with non-DRAMEX warranted parts
Consumables supplied with the device (bag, CD, case, cable etc.) are not covered by the warranty.
The DRAMEX authorized service center will issue a report to determine whether the malfunction is the result of a defect in use.
For problems that may arise regarding the Warranty Certificate, the Ministry of Customs and Trade may apply to the General Directorate of Consumer Protection and Market Surveillance.
